Transport Knowledge Resource Centre (KpVV) studies on mobility mangement provides local and regional authorities access to knowledge and networks for the development and implementation of traffic and transport policy, guided by customer demand. KpVV supports all those in the various decentral tiers of government involved in the development and implementation of traffic and transport policy. KpVV does this by developing and disseminating knowledge and expertise in the field of traffic and transport policy. KpVV serves all decentral tiers of government: municipalities, provinces, greater city regions, water boards and their umbrella organisators. KpVV works closely for Bicycle policies and Mobility Management.
